Jim St. John
Director
Mr. St. John is a founding partner of CSJ Properties LLC, a real estate development company focused on the development of luxury residential properties. Previous to concentrating on his real estate interests, Mr. St. John had a successful 20 year career in electronics manufacturing when in 1993 he founded Parpro, Inc., an electronics contract manufacturing company with facilities in San Diego and Mexico. Parpro was sold to AP Labs, Inc. in 2000 where Mr. St. John stayed on to run the combined manufacturing operations until 2003.
Mr. St. John is Chairman of the Executive Compensation Committee and is also a member of the bank's Nominating and Asset-Liability Committees.
Mr. St. John is an active member in the North County community serving on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater San Diego where he chairs the Property Management Committee and is an active member on the Annual Kash for Kids Golf Tournament committee.
Mr. St. John graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University and received his M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
