Jim Ledwith

Mr. Ledwith is a Partner with the accounting firm of J.H. Cohn LLP. With over 38 years of accounting experience, Mr. Ledwith has served clients in diverse industries including Bank of Commerce, Peninsula Bank of San Diego, Sharp Healthcare and Scripps Clinic. He has instructed graduate and undergraduate courses at Harvard University, University of San Diego and San Diego State University.
Mr. Ledwith is Chairman of the Audit/Compliance/CRA Committee, Vice Chairman of the Loan Committee, and Chairman of the Asset-Liability Management Committee.
Mr. Ledwith is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) where he has served on the SEC Regulations Committee and the Accounting Standards Executive Committee. He has participated in a number of community organizations including the United Way of San Diego, Kiwanis Club Foundation and the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center. Mr. Ledwith is also a member of the board of Novatel Wireless, Inc.
Mr. Ledwith earned his M.B.A. from Wharton Graduate Division, University of Pennsylvania.
