Chris Coseo

For over 30 years, Mr. Coseo has been involved in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate. His ventures range from the development of office complexes, shopping centers, and retail properties, to warehouse facilities, apartment complexes, and land development. Mr. Coseo has also been actively involved in the development of housing projects around the country from SRO and larger tax-credit apartment developments to affordable, moderate, and luxury homes. More recently, in response to the economic downturn, Mr. Coseo has taken a major role in helping to rehabilitate decaying urban neighborhoods — through large-scale home renovation projects and related job creation — in both Chicago, Illinois and Detroit, Michigan.
Mr. Coseo is a founder and chairman of San Diego Trust Bank's Nominating Committee and is also a member of the bank's Loan and Executive Compensation committees.
For the past fifteen years, Mr. Coseo has held several positions on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater San Diego. The club is one of the largest in the United States with 20,000 members and a $10 million budget.
