William Cole

Mr. Cole is the President of William E. Cole Accountant APC. He was the Managing Partner of San Diego based Leaf & Cole CPA’s, a firm he founded in 1960. In addition to his expertise in the accounting field, Mr. Cole has an extensive background in the banking business. He was a Founder and Director of Peninsula Bank of San Diego from its inception in 1975. He served as the Chairman of the Loan Committee, Audit Committee and was a member of the Executive Committee and Compensation Committee.
Mr. Cole is Chairman of the Loan Committee and Vice Chairman of the Asset-Liability Management Committee and Audit/Compliance/CRA Committee.
Mr. Cole is a CPA and member of the California Society of CPA’s and American Institute of CPA’s. Mr. Cole is a forty year member of the Point Loma Rotary Club, having served as its president in 1994-1995. He earned his B.A. degree in Accounting and his M.S. in Business Administration at San Diego State University. He is a retired U.S. Army Major.
