San Diego Trust Bank Listed on the OTC Bulletin Board

SAN DIEGO - San Diego Trust Bank announced today it had received notification that the company's common stock would be eligible to trade on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the symbol "SDBK" effective January 21, 2004.

"This is an exciting milestone for the bank and its shareholders," said Michael E. Perry, the bank's president and CEO. "The symbol could not be more appropriate, given the local origins of the Bank, and the fact that so many people throughout the community fondly refer to us as 'San Diego's Bank,'" said Larry Willette, the bank's chairman of the board.

Following one of the most successful capital campaigns of any community bank in San Diego history, San Diego Trust Bank commenced operations on October 30, 2003 in the newly renovated Fifth Avenue Financial Center, known as the "Mr. A's" building, located at 2550 Fifth Avenue.

The Bank's primary market maker is Richard Levenson of Western Financial Corporation, a local firm that specializes in community banks. Mr. Levenson can be reached at (619) 544-0260 or (800) 488-5990.
